| Foo Ji Piao |
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Foo is Chief Financial Officer of Imprimis based in Singapore responsible for the financial management and administrative functions of Imprimis Group of Companies.
Prior to joining Imprimis in June 2008, Mr. Foo was Finance and Operations Manager at D.B. Zwrin Asia Partners, a special situation hedge fund advisor, where he was responsible for Asia’s finance and accounting portfolios, which includes finance reporting functions, treasury, banking and credit management. Before D.B. Zwirn, he served as Finance Manager at RGM International, one of the leading pulp and paper producers in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Foo trained as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young in Singapore and London where he was responsible for the audit of financial institutions during the Asian Currency Financial Crisis.
Mr Foo is a graduate of Curtin University in Australia and holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore. He is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tony K Tan
|
Director
Mr Tan is a former colleague of Mr Gotuaco at Merrill Lynch, where they worked together in corporate origination in the Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities division.
Mr Tan began his banking career at Goldman Sachs, as an intern in institutional sales, and later progressed into capital markets and investment banking at Deutsche Bank and then Merrill Lynch. Mr Tan’s banking experience has been built up almost exclusively in the ASEAN region and Australia, and has particular depth in the commodities, transportation, consumer products, and media sectors.
Prior to Joining Imprimis, Mr Tan was based in Vietnam for the Masan Group, one of the country’s leading conglomerates. Mr Tan led the group’s emergence into the international capital markets, first as an investee company for private equity and then as a publicly listed entity.
Mr Tan obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.

| Zefri Denis |
Senior Associate
Mr. Denis is a Senior Associate based in the Brunei office
responsible for relationship development, financial analysis,
industry research and support on transaction execution.
Prior to joining Imprimis, Mr. Denis served as Financial
Analyst at Brunei Investment and Commercial Bank, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of the Brunei Investment Agency.
His prior work experiences include supporting roles in
deal origination, financial advisory and Islamic financing
ranging within Brunei’s oil and gas, financial services
and air transportation industries.
Mr. Denis holds a Post-graduate certificate in International
Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Built Environment
from London Metropolitan University and University of
Luton respectively. |

| Hadi Husain |
Associate
Mr Husain is an Associate in Imprimis’ Singapore office, where he is responsible for financial analysis, industry research and transaction execution.
Prior to Imprimis, Mr. Husain worked in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Goldman Sachs and in the Fixed Income Division of Citigroup.
Mr. Husain is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he concurrently earned a Juris Doctor and a Masters in Business Administration, and Johns Hopkins University, from which he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Computer Science. He is also qualified to practice law in New York. /p> |

| Voratip Sivakriskul |
Associate
Ms. Sivakriskul is an Associate in Imprimis’ Singapore office where she is responsible for financial analysis, industry research, and providing support on transaction execution. Prior to Imprimis, Ms. Sivakriskul worked as a consultant in the Financial Advisory Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Thailand). She was part of the project team providing advice and diagnostic reviews on the Risk Management framework and policy for major financial institutions within the Asia region. During her student years, Ms. Sivakriskul was an intern at Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited.
Ms. Sivakriskul is a graduate of the University of Sydney, where she concurrently earned her Bachelor of Science (Advanced Mathematics) and Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Management Decision Science) degrees.

| Jacqueline Tan |
Investment Research Assistant
Ms Tan joined Imprimis’s Brunei office in 2009, and is responsible for financial analysis, industry research, and support in transaction execution. She also assists in monitoring and financial and operating performance of our investee companies, as well as coordinating the Brunei-focused activities of our investee companies.
Ms Tan obtained her BS degree in International Business, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York (SUNY) in Plattsburgh, NY. <
